Denmead Junior School

Be Kind, Be Brave, Be You

SEND

The school is an inclusive mainstream setting that welcomes all children and families from different backgrounds with different needs. We listen carefully to our children and their parents/carers and work hard to make sure that everyone’s needs can be met in our school.  Our SENDCO (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator), is also our DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead), who is committed to leading an experienced staff of teachers, Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) and Emotional Literacy Support Assistants (ELSA) all dedicated to inclusion.
